 FREE RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

The return policy is honored when the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and have all original tags attached. If you have received defective merchandise by mail, please contact us via email, immediately, at shopwandergrace@gmail.com and we will follow-up with any concerns or questions within 48 hours.

FREE RETURN POLICY (store credit)

Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for online credit only. Customers have a 14 day window of opportunity to return item(s) from the date the package has been received. Please note that all sale items, jewelry, sunglasses, intimates, and accessories are final and don’t qualify for our return/exchange policy.

CUSTOMER CARE TIPS FOR ELIGIBLE RETURNS: When trying on clothing, please do so with caution. Be aware of the makeup and deodorant you are wearing since these daily beauty rituals can be transferred onto the garments being tried on. We don’t accept items with markings.


Return to Events
  • Please check out INSTAGRAM for dates in future events in your area. 
  • All items must be returned in original condition and with all tags attached, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unmarked, unscented and with receipt or invoice. We don’t accept sale items, accessories, sunglasses, or intimates.
  • Upon return of item(s) and with all eligible returnable conditions met we will issue you store credit that can be used online.
FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
  • Customers must contact us via email shopwandergrace@gmail.com before returning or exchanging merchandise so we’re aware of what to look for, the reason as to why you’re unsatisfied or if we need to set aside another size for an exchange.
  • Once customer contacts us, we will send you a FREE printable shipping label and form. Please just package item in your shipping package and ship back.
  • Merchandise must be returned in original condition with original packaging and with original tags attached. Item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unscented, and unmarked. Note: please see CUSTOMER CARE TIPS FOR ELIGIBLE RETURNS.
  • Upon receiving item(s) and with all eligible returnable conditions met we will issue you store credit that can be used in-store or online. If you’re looking to exchange an item, we will ship out the item requested within 48 hours of receiving and reviewing your return.
